Note: I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU STUFF. And also, people with disabilities still have to take care of themselves in the capitalist hellscape. I don’t do affiliate links or any of that shit, this is just a crowdsource of what’s helped.

Autistically created lists I made to improve my life and spent way too much time on, a beautiful marriage of autistic1 monotropism + ADHD hyperfocus

  • Books recommended by Natalie Wynn a.k.a. Contrapoints

  • Finding a hypoallergenic deodorant for your armpit skin that’s a little bitch

Did you know that in beauty products, “unscented” means that an ingredient was added to cover up the the fragrance of the other ingredients, whereas “fragrance free” means that no ingredients were added for the sole purpose of adding scent? AND ingredients that have a smell but are included for a reason other than their smell can still be passed as “fragrance free”? Yeah, this is why my armpits are so sad and I’ve wasted so much money on trying new deodorants.

This is a compilation of the deodorants I’ve tried and the ingredients of each one, indexed to help me find which actual ingredients are causing my sensitive skin to cry and pull the dermatitis card.
