AuDHD resources

Note: I AM NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU STUFF. And also, people with disabilities still have to take care of themselves in the capitalist hellscape. I don’t do affiliate links or any of that shit, this is just a crowdsource of what’s helped.

Resources I use

Lists created by me

My ND journey started in Madison, Wisconsin—these are some resources specific to that area

  • Undivided Attention, owned by Kelly Pickens, APNP, FNP-BC, ADC-C, ADHD-CCSP | diagnosis + ADHD education, late-diagnosed herself at 48

  • Megan Horvath, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, ASWB | AuDHD herself, she has a career goal of working primarily with neurodivergent girls and women

  • Scott Allen, Counselor, MS, LPC-IT | autistic1 himself, Allen is a therapist to autistic people, including those who are looking for couples’ counseling

Many in the autism community prefer to capitalize Autism to signify that it’s an important, integrated part of their identity. This is important and I completely support it! I personally just don’t identify with that at this time.
